Health A 1semester course that involves the total of all individual experiences which contribute to the development of desirable habits, attitudes, knowledge and skills related to the family and community health. This is a required course for all students.

Team Sports A 1 semester course offered that includes basic instruction in the fundamentals of activities with an emphasis on the recreational aspects for later life., A minimum of four team sports will be covered and are determined by the classroom teacher with the approval of the department chair, dependant on space available, weather conditions, and equipment available.

Advanced Team Sports A 1 semester course that continues the study of Team Sports.

Advanced Lifetime Sports A 1 semester course that includes basic instruction in the fundamentals of lifetime sports such as basketball and volleyball. The activities selected will be determined by the classroom teacher with the approval of the department chair & dependant on space available, weather conditions, and available equipment.

Personal Fitness A 1 semester course that is designed to provide opportunities for students to develop skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary for a lifetime of physical fitness and activity. This course is required for all students.

Aerobics A 1semester course that provides instruction in basic cardiovascular exercise programs including aerobic dance and jogging and walking. Muscle toning through the use of weight training and isometric exercises are also incorporated in this course.
